This website is owned and operated by Anita Joshi, doing business as Anita Joshi Law. These Terms of Use (“Terms") set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and its content (collectively, the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

No Lawyer-Client Relationship. No lawyer-client, advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by these Terms or your use of the Website or your communication with us by email or through the Website.

The Marks include without limitation, the business name Anita Joshi Law and the logo.

Any claim or cause of action you may have arising from, connected with, or relating to your use of the Website, these Terms, or any related matters must be commenced in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Ontario within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises, after which time the claim or cause of action is forever barred.
